Passionate Land Experts with a Vision for Growth
The journey of Sharon Associates began with the establishment of Divine Real Estate Consultancy, created to serve the growing real estate needs of Navi Mumbai, especially in Kharghar. After quickly making a mark in the property market, the group expanded its role by becoming a trusted Channel Partner for leading companies, marketing land investment opportunities with great potential. Within just 18 months, they successfully sold over 110 acres, solidifying their reputation for excellence in sales. Their outstanding performance led to invitations to train the sales forces of partner companies.
Through consistent interaction with government bodies such as Registration Offices, Tehsil Offices, Town Planning Authorities, and local land facilitators, the group gained invaluable insights that paved the way for the birth of Sharon Associates. Since its inception, Sharon Associates has grown rapidly, focusing on land acquisition and affordable housing development.
By 2009, the company began diversifying into agricultural land sales with farmhouses, and later expanded into NA (Non-Agricultural) land sales, providing buyers not only investment opportunities but also conditional income. Today, Sharon Associates continues to build on its strong foundation with a vision for sustainable growth and client satisfaction.
